    PRODUCTS


    The products offered for sale are those described on the company's website at the time of consultation by the customer and within the limits of available stocks. This information is updated in real time however if an error of update appeared on the site, it would not engage the responsibility for ulaula.ca.



    PRICE


    The prices shown on the Site are indicated in USD. Prices didn’t include all taxes and delivery costs.
    The prices charged to the customer are those communicated on the site and confirmed to the customer when the order is validated.
    The amount of the shipping charges in addition is indicated to the customer directly on the "delivery" page.
    If a price appears wrong for any reason (computer problem, human or technical error), the order that ulaula.ca would have validated would then be cancelled. The customer would be informed as soon as possible and could if he wishes to reorder at the original price.


    PAYMENT


    The payment of the customer's purchases takes place, when the order is ordered, by credit card or PayPal account.
    Payment is made online and in USD.
    ulaula.ca remains the owner of the items sold until full payment of the price and transport costs.
    ulaula.ca implements all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data transmitted on the ulaula.ca website

     

    RETURN POLICY- for on line purchase

    The customer has a right of withdrawal which he may exercise, without having to justify reasons, within seven (7) free days from the receipt of the ordered products.
    The product(s) must be returned in its (their) original condition and complete (including packaging and label) and accompanied by a copy of the documents attached to the order (purchase invoice), to the following address : 510 Kwai Cheong Centre, No 50 Kwai Cheong Road, Kwai Chung NT. HK

    The return fee is free only if the order is non-compliant, in any other case, the return charge will be borne by the customer. The Customer makes sure to ship the package with a tracking number, a signed delivery or even insurance. ULA ULA.CA is therefore not responsible for lost or misplaced returns.

    To exercise its right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to info@ulaula.ca

    The returned item (or items) must be new, unworn and in their original box perfectly intact. Upon receipt of the package, will ULAULA.CA the perfect condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and that this use or damage makes the items unsuitable for sale.

    If the return is refused by ulaula.ca for the reasons stated above, the product (s) will then be returned to the customer at the latter's expense without it being able to require any compensation or right to reimbursement, with the exception of The subsequent exercise of its warranty rights on the products sold.  Orders will be reimbursed within fifteen (15) working days, starting from the A receipt and verification of the returned parcel, on the credit card which was used for payment. The delivery costs paid by the customer will not be reimbursed.

    All products on the site may be returned, except those marked otherwise.
    Items purchased sold or remitted on the site ulaula.ca deemed definitively sold, may not be exchanged or returned.
