Delivery Information
ULAULA gladly accepts orders from outside Hong Kong. We use ARAMEX or DHL as our delivery company. Please note that we DO NOT DELIVER to A.P.O. Box (USA), P.O. Boxes and hotels. The delivery is made at the delivery address indicated by the customer, as it must be the address of residence of the customer or of any other natural person of his choice. Telephone number must be included.Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For delivery cost, it would be included in the final cost after you select the product to “Cart” and click “ check out” , after that you would go to the order page for choosing your delivery region. Once you choose your delivery region, the delivery cost would automatically show and add to your total amount.
Delivery cost is calculated by the product weight and volume and it varies under different destinations.
Once we received your order, the goods will be sent out to your delivery address around 7 working days.
Since custom in some countries may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the arrival time may be difference.
You will also be notified all the tracking numbers by email.
